I had Certa Pro Painters of South Charlotte paint the interior of one of my houses and they did a great job. The only complaint I had is that they were too overpriced.
I was going to resell one of my investment properties and wanted the interior repainted so I could sell it for a higher price. Also in this market and economy right now it is still kind of rough as we are very slowly coming out of the worst recession since the Great Depression. So anything I can do it help sell this house and to get a higher price for it would be great.
So, I wanted the interior repainted. This house was a rental property that I had owned for several years and some of the rooms had some colorful painting schemes in them – renters had done this without telling me. One was painted with a theme for a baby girl with little Disney characters painted sporadically on the walls.
So I asked my neighbors who they used to paint their house. They just had a interior remodel done and they then had their house repainted and it looked great. They told me they used Certa Pro painters of South Charlotte.

I gave the folks at Certa Pro Painters a call and they came by my house and gave me an estimate of $4200. I had never had an entire house repainted inside for resale before so I figured this was a good price and so I had them go ahead and do it. it took them several days to complete the job and when it was done it looked immaculate.
They took the time to do everything right. They fixed and sanded any problems with the walls and then did all the trim work too. They took the time to make sure everything was masked off that wasn’t to be painted and I must say it looked great when they were done. They used great colors and it looked terrific when they were done.
The only complaint I have is that I think they charged a little too much for this painting of the interior of my rental house. I found it wrong that I could’ve hired an equally good painter for about half the price through Angie’s List. At least next time I’ll know to do a little more research before giving the painters the go-ahead.
I could have saved myself an extra $2,000 if I had gone with one of the cheaper painters through Angie’s List. Oh well, you live and you learn. I still have that house for sale so the economy is still very sour and I guess repainting the interior really didn’t do anything to speed the process along.

i think before going into a contract, you must agree with the price. that is very much important.
