I just wanted to find more places to write about how completely terrible CLEAR internet is. I’m going to spend the next hour or so filling out EVERY review field I can find on the internet to warn people about the horrible scam artist known as CLEAR Internet.
Connection speed is slower than dial-up, customer service people are the worst I’ve ever dealt with from any company in my life, and now they’re charging me because I’m (thankfully) moving to area that doesn’t offer CLEAR.
Stay away from these scam artists! Worst. Internet. Ever.

Clear, clearly sucks. Worst company i have ever dealt with.
A couple hundred dollars in fraudulent charges so far. Bandwidth of .08 kbps to .54 if I am lucky. Class Action Law suit indeed.
Sign me up for that. If you are thinking of using them, do yourself a favor and get a dial up account from anyone, you will be happier.
Call center is overseas and terrible for customer service. Scripted responses that at this point infuriate me to no end.
No call backs as promised, no refund of money as promised.
Scam all the way around.

Clear is clearly the WORST internet service provider in the universe. I would jump at the opportunity to join a class action lawsuit against them for the horrendous experience I’ve had with them as a customer. When I initially subscribed, I had the greatest experience dealing with a guy on the west coast getting everything set up. Since that time, I have simply accepted it as a fact of life that the quality of the internet service itself would be poor at best. But when I started having billing issues… Well, that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I hate these bastards with a passion. They are completely incapable of solving the simplest problems. Please let everyone you know what a shitty company this really is.
