I was starting to win a few jackpots at an ORANGE CALIFORNIA DAVE AND BUSTERS when I was suddenly confronted by a game tech that told me the machine did not work and shut it off…I drove for an hour to get to the Dave and Busters and they turn the machine off??? What a JOKE !!

Barb you treat your employees like crap. If it wasnt for them you wouldnt have a business. All you care about is making your wallet fat. You and Lou are the most hartless people, for someone that supposely cares, you do a rotten job of showing it. Those gift basket are cheap and doing some research the Target gift cards are givin to the orginazation. So when do you give out the baskets, maybe 20 a year.

Well it is 2012 May same kind of issues truck broke down twice once 100 degree heat for2 1/2 hrs 3hrs second before we gave up customer service closes at 5 pm put so useless. local budget in anthem less than useless

I also attended UOP and I was messed out alot of money I have now transfered from the school but thanks to UOP being an indepentdent student i have now ran out of aid money and can no longer presue my BA degree it si sad how they are taking advantage of people with all their lies.

We put up a new Harbor Breeze fan in our bedroom last July. After one month it started making a noise. As of today we are almost ready to knock it down, it’s getting worse by the month. JUNK don’t buy the!

I have been working for stanley steemer in Marin county northern California for 5 years.I agree with with the franchise Manager you do have be able to provide the service to sell it. I pride myself on my cleaning services. I just wouldn’t want the feeling of knowing I could of done more. Its just something I have learned with life’s leasons giving the effort feels so much better then half assing whatever your doing plus it makes you shady and lazy. To me a customer calling my boss and letting him know how wonderful his employees are to work with and what great job they did etc. I do know we are not all the same I know first hand there have been a few idiots I have work with before that had no people skills and all they cared about was getting home and could careless about the job they did, but they they all lost there jobs thank god it was embarrassing to witness. We now have the best crew we have ever had my boss has done such a great job filtering out the guys with shady trends and who have lost him customers. Keeping customers is way more important then pushing sales, but it is part of the job to sell all I can do is offer if they so no thats the end of it. I change the subject so there isn’t any awkward feeling and I just dont want them to remember me by annoying them to up sale there order and ruin there carpet cleaning experience with me. Our crew usually goes over the order with customer before we start job so there isn’t any confusion at end of the job. I hate that these other Stanley Steemers around the nation give us a bad reputation we are NOT al the same. Archie

We received a printout from BCBS stating that the bloodwork my husband had done two months ago at LabCorps would not be covered. Initially we were told that the wrong ID number had been keyed in. Now LabCorps is telling us that they did correct that, but somehow the second printout is telling us that coverage is denied–something about the bloodwork being done too close to the last bloodwork! And this is the first time this year he has had any lab work done. We may have to end up appealing this, as we are not prepared to pay $945 for a few blood tests!!

5/14/12. There tdy waitress Mel disaster. Restaurant not busy, she was talking to everyone but taking care of us. Everytime great Mgr Tammy not there we won’t be. Took Mel 15min to let us know she would be right back. Another 15 to show up. We told her we were freezing. She said should of been here last week, it was broken. She walked away. She came back with drinks. Asked about food. After taking our order, walked back to talk to bus boy. Then talked to customer reg the blinds, went back to talk to cute bus boy. She finally went into a little funny hole to place order. 40 minutes later we get cold ensanada chicken & wrap. I host to hunt her down needed more speckled drink and warm food. She for Tom. He came out. I told him we can’t wait another 40minutes. He said it would take 8 min. Smaller chicken but hot. But after walking in at and seats at 6:19, we walked out at 8:04. It was so cold people we staying or they had coats on. We had the host get boxes for us. Mel was no where in sight. When we asked her for something she would get portions and walk away. Dr gave the card to pay the bill & I said wait my red robin card. She never heard me. There was 3 of us & 5 minutes later she shows back up. One dinner would have been free. She drops it & gone. Dr is a great tipper but he only left her 3.00. Even that was toooooooo much. We are in red robin a least 6 – 8 times a month . We love Tammy totally organized and it shows and Tara our normal waitress…… Signed Lynn and a very very very ugly dinner and time at red robin in a very very very long time. Thanks Mel and a frozen building.

Just be careful folks…my 2010 nissan has had issues from day one, i’ve had to have it aligned 8 times in two years…I almost was convinced I just couldn’t miss a pot whole to save my life until Friday…the right front tire literally have way and stopped functioning, thank god my boyfriend was driving and we got away unscathed, I can’t say the same for the piece of crap car though…i am considering getting rid of it although I’ll be upside down if i do at this point because i haven’t had it long enough to make a dent in the loss of value. I’ll never get another nissan, that’s for sure. Of course, I just hit 55,000 so it’s no longer there problem.
