Duct tape wallets on Craigslist are really cool and come in all sorts of colors and designs.
Just the other day I was perusing through the miscellaneous sales items on my local craigslist here in Miami Florida. There was lots of the usual from bootlegged Insanity and p90x workout dvd sets to cars, weightlifting equipment, banned xbox’s and more. But then I noticed something that really caught my eye as being different – wallets for both men and women made out of colored duct tape.

I have seen books written on hundreds of uses for duct tape, but never once have I seen it used in a decorative way for wallets. I might’ve seen it to patch a hole on a wallet, but not to make the whole all of itself and then have designs made out of different kinds and colors of duct tape. That’s a pretty creative and original idea.
The ads that I saw on craigslist for these duct tape wallets showed all kinds of different combinations. And apparently all of them were functional looking wallets with multiple pockets and such. Some were patterned after sports teams like the Miami hurricanes and Miami Heat, others had pictures of sailboats, sports items, girls andone even had the Hello Kitty theme to it.
They weren’t that expensive either. The duct tape wallet ads that I saw were all going for $10 each. To me that looks like an awful lot of work for $10. So I responded to the ad and the guy even brought it to me for $10. He asked me what I wanted it to look like any custom made it just for me. I had kind of a strange request and I wanted a black wallet with a white outline picture on it that would be a mishmash of buckwheat and Al Sharpton.

This way Al Sharpton would always be facing my posterior and when he gets out of hand, like he did with the Duke lacrosse team – which to this day he has still not apologized for, I can just fart on him. Maybe that’ll teach him a lesson for being the most racist scumbag on this planet. I mean, in this day and age, he does more to reverse the progress of black Americans than he does to help it. Black leaders know this and routinely tell him to stop his shenanigans.
But I guess on the other hand you can say that Al Sharpton has found a way to make a good living off of others. But anyway, the wallet is really cool and I keep it on my dresser. I just wanted to let you guys know about this cool duct tape wallet thing. It’s just really neat and a use for duct tape that most people would never have thought of. These wallets look like pieces of art, literally.
Al Sharpton is my hero. He has found a way to profit bigtime by creating misery for all by increasing racial tensions where there previously was none. When all the smoke clears they find out Al Sharpton was wrong, he doesn’t admit or ask forgiveness when he is found wrong and cornered on it. He just tries to reword things – “But did I say that?” “Well, yes you did.” “But in what context?” And so on. He is just another worthless schmuck that would be flipping burgers if it weren’t for his finding a way to monetize off the plight of the black that think that they are owed a better existence because of treatment their grandparents received and so on.
Life is better for blacks and other minorities now then it has ever been. In many cases it is actually better for blacks then for whites. I think that Al Sharpton needs to get off the pedestal he has put himself on and get a real job where he might actually contribute to making the world a better place. Racism is so yesterday. Multiculturalism is in and it doesn’t matter if you are Spanish, Mexican, African, Asian, etc… All get treated the same nowadays. There is no need for this schmuck, Al Sharpton, to go around riling up blacks and cries of racial tension when in 99 cases out of 100 there never was any racial tension to begin with.

Don’t pay attention to big Al, but those duct tape wallets sure look cool. I found some instructions on how to make them online and Wal-Mart caries all sorts of colors of duct tape for a few dollars per roll. So I’m going to try and make some of these and market them myself on Craigslist as there is no one selling them here in Kansas City. It might be a good way to make some extra cash and Lord knows I need it – lost my job at the mill and we are living off government subsidies and barely making it by.

Can you actually make clothes out of duct tape? I saw a picture on Google images of a guy that made a rain poncho and all sorts of clothes and even a duffle bag out of duct tape. Anyone know where I could get some patterns. Also, I heard that if you email the manufacturers of the duct tape companies like Duck, Inc. and give them a sob story about how you lost your job and your spouse is sick, etc… that they will give you free tape, coupons and such. Does that really work?
