If you want to talk to someone in India or someone from far across the seas, then this is your customer support you want to deal with. Not only can they not speak English properly and never answer your questions, but they are useless!!! Dell computers customer support sucks butt! Get ready to have to teach the other person how to speak English and good luck at getting them to handle your complaint. I think it gets a magic carpet ride to the toilet where it gets flushed, but I actually saw a program on the Discovery Channel where people in India don’t have toilets – instead they just have a hole in the floor and when it gets full they just dig it out and use it again. So that would ruin the flushing it down the toilet idea. Anyway, their customer support totally blows. It took 35 minutes to solve something simple and you know what? I basically solved it myself and then the idiot on the other end wanted me to teach them how I was able to solve it! Go figure. I will never, ever buy a Dell anything again! I could have gotten better results by calling Al Sharpton or a witch doctor (some people say Al Sharpton is a witch doctor) and that is pretty sad…
