If you’ve seen their latest ads for Domino’s pizza apparently they’ve completely reworked and revamped their pizzas. They found that after years of having a second rate pizza that was nowhere near as good as Papa John’s or Pizza Hut and dwindling sales that they needed to do something. So Domino’s has now decided to fully redo their pizza.
Have you had one, yet? I have and it’s all right. But it’s certainly no Papa John’s or Pizza Hut pizza. It is better than CiCi’s pizza but then again CiCi’s pizza absolutely is the pit or the bottom of the barrel of pizzas -I don’t think it can get any worse than Cici’s pizza because then you probably couldn’t even call it pizza.
So I ordered Domino’s pizza after seeing the ads and decide to give it a shot. We ordered two large pizzas. One with cheese and pepperoni and the other with peppers and Canadian bacon. The problem is that we have them delivered and apparently Domino’s Pizza Hut still hasn’t learned from their crappy delivery service in the past.
One of the pizzas was fine and the other one looked like the most ahead upside down because the entire cheese and everything was on the roof of the cardboard box. At least the delivery guy was good about it and he told us to just keep both pizzas and pay only for the one. He used his cell phone to call back and tell his boss that there was a problem with the one pizza.
So we paid him and then dug into the pizza. It was okay. It was better than Domino’s pizza has been in the past, and it was okay. I wouldn’t say it stood out as anything great or phenomenal, and to be honest with you it’s still not as good as Papa John’s or Pizza Hut. It’s close but it’s just not quite there. I would still prefer to have Papa John’s or Pizza Hut pizza over the new Domino’s pizzas.
This is just my honest review of the new Domino’s pizza. After the delivery guy left we then proceeded to order a Papa John’s and a Pizza Hut pizza of the same topings. And everyone that was there which was my family and friends agreed that it was an improved version of their pizza but it still was not as good as Papa John’s and Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut pizza tasted the best but it was also salty and you could tell that because you drink a lot of water or soda or something while you were eating it and after you ate it.
So taking the saltiness into account out of the three of them I would still have to rank Papa John’s as the best. Pizza Hut came in second in Domino’s came in third. But again it’s not bad. They would all three be good for a great snack during any football game, kids birthday party, etc…
Everyone can take this as a grain of salt regarding their own licking to pizza.. I can eat up to 3 slices of the new and improved dominos pizza… To me, They have way too much garlic on the crust and I cant taste any of the pepperoni or cheese. They used to send garlic in a container with a green pepper.. Thoes were the days when you had a choice to eat the pizza with or without garlic… I feel 49 years of making a good pizza versus 50 years to improve is a waste of my money.. What dominos did was wrong to every pizza lover in America, Its the ingrediants that make the pizza, Not the change in the crust. Thomas Hoyer (Maryland)

ok so who ever wrote this dumbass artical needs to lite themselves on fire. Of coourse its gona put down dominoes pizza down and make papa johns look awsome cuz gess whos sponsering the website….Papa johns dur look at the adds…i think tha dominoes has a mass improvment on there pizza n nobody really knows whos the best its a matter of opinion to everyone.
The new Domino’s pizza is better, but it still ain’t great. I still prefer the local Italian eateries here in Pittsburgh PA.
