Hendrick Honda totally sucks. The sales manager is a liar and their prices are way too high – best go elsewhere.

About two weeks ago I was in an accident in my 2001 honda accord. The car was drivable after the accident, but the hood was damaged so for fear of the hood flipping up over the windshield during the drive to the Hendrick Honda collision center, I had it towed. I went to go pick up the car about a week later (they had to replace the hood and radiator). The put in an aftermarket radiator in my car and my car overheated for the first time in 7 years on my way home from picking it up. Coincidence? I’m thinking not. So I have it towed AGAIN to Hendrick and they ‘replace a damaged hose that wasnt damaged in the accident but it wasnt damaged as a result of their repairs either’ and I couldnt even make it out of the parking lot of the dealership before my car completely broke down. My head gasket on my engine blew and because my car has so many miles on it, to pay to replace the engine would be more expensive than what my car is even worth. Hendrick Honda is VEHEMENTLY denying any responsibility to the condition and destruction of my engine which I have never had any issues with since 2005. It must just be another coincidence. I am thinking about calling Action 9. This is beyond ridiculous. I can’t afford to buy a new car right now. They’re ripping off a single mother working a full time job for just a few thousand dollars? Really? I’m so angry I could puke.

i went on holloween to buy car dealt with servive manager sean and mr ide ,they ripped me off ,inflated sticker price by 3500,promised 2yr maint,i then signed ,got home and realised they got me for my 5000 cash down payment,i went back and sean lied and sales person told him,no you did offer 2yr maint on honda,im still stuck with about 3500 in sticker price increase,sticker price 23k,i put 5k down,and ended up financing 23k,does that make sense,with 10.49 intrest im at 30k,,nightmare,,,,,what comes around goes around,this is to sean and them crooks including matthew ricks,you know who i am
