I ordered some pajama grams and then found I was being charged way too much for these sexy pajamas.
I was looking to spice things up with my significant other this Christmas. I saw an ad in the back of a Hemmings motor news about sexy pajama grams. This look like a pretty cool idea and I thought it would make a neat gift. Someone to their website and select a few of the womens outfits.
Unfortunately they take longer to ship than one would think and so the items that are ordered did not come until two days after Christmas. That was kind of a bummer there. the pajamas that they sent were nice and everything, but I soon found out that a lot of these same outfits can be had for far less in probably even better quality from local stores and discount stores like Marshalls.
My local Marshall’s had two huge racks of sexy pajamas and night wear for women. On these racks I was able to find all of the same or similar things but I was sent from pajama gram for about 1/5 of the price. That’s a huge difference. Plus the ones that I was finding were actually of better name brand and better quality.
For instance, the items that I ordered from PajamaGram.com averaged in price from $59-$100. I was able to find the exact same or very similar outfits at marshals for around $8-$15 each. so for the price of what I paid for three outfits from Pajama Gram I could’ve ordered probably around 15 outfits at Marshall’s and they would have been there in time for my significant other to unwrap for Christmas.
now the only thing that pajama gram did that makes them stand out a little bit is they give you a nice gift package for each of their outfits. They put them in my school hat box with a little ribbon on it and they come with a do not disturb sign – to kind of give it that sexy over-the-top look.
What should you pay 500% more for a nice little hat box, ribbon and do not disturb sign? plus they’re shipping and handling was slow. I really wanted these things in time for Christmas and that’s why I ordered them from them. They had plenty of time to deliver these items to me in time for Christmas but that didn’t happen.
Instead I ended up receiving the items from Pajama Gram two days after Christmas and had to give in to my significant other that following weekend because she went to visit some family friends the day after Christmas. I learned from this to not use the website PajamaGrams.com and instead, next time, get sexy sleepwear outfits and pajamas from Marshall’s.
