I called Papa John’s last night and asked for the specials they were offering. After hearing the specials from the man, it seemed the special that I wanted was an online offer. So I proceeded to my computer and ordered the pizza special online. While making the order there were a few errors I was not able to correct so I called the store to verify my order and to correct the mistakes made online.
I spoke to clay who verified my order and stated they would correct the mistakes made online. That was okay with me, but after 70 minutes I had yet to recieve my pizza. Therefore I called Papa John’s to find out the status of my order and was told that my order was a carry out. He also told me that the pizza was ready for 45 minutes, which was supposed to be delivered in the first place.
The guy answering the phone didnt give me his name, but told me he wanted me to come to the store to pick up my order. I then told the guy once again that I ordered delivery because why would I have called in my order if I didn’t want it delivered. The guy told me that I didn’t have to yell at him, so instead of dealing with him I asked for the manager.
Melissa came on the phone stating what clay told her, but failed to tell her the order was delivery. So I stated to Melissa that my pizza had been ready 45 minutes ago but it wasn’t listed as carryout. I wanted delivery so then Melissa then stated that she would prepare a fresh pizza and it would be about 45 minutes for my order. She also told me that they were closing in about 15 minutes. So how could they cook a new pizza if they were closing in 15 minutes?
Aabout 5 minutes after 10, a knock was at my door and there the guy was with the pizza. I thought to myself that it was fast since it only took about 20 minutes for them to deliver the pizza. I then took the pizzas into my house and when I opened the pizza I noticed the pizza wasn’t warm at all! I know Melissa gave me the pizza that had been sitting for 45 minutes and that was why I had gotten my order so soon.
I couldnt call to complain since they werre already closed for the day and I just thought some one should know about my experience. It seems knowing I have been a loyal customer for the past 3 years, they would have done better for me but clearly that was not the case at all!
So here it is Saturday night. Hanging out – watching movies. Hey what a great idea, lets order a pizza from Papa Johns. Spinach Alfredo thin crust shows up almost and hour later COLD. Not even the microwave could save it. The thing tasted like carboard literally. I ran it to the dumpster. I have gotten good pizza before but this thing sucked. I will NEVER order from them again. They need to do what Domminos did an appolagize on national TV!!

i paid 17.00 for a pizza that was not my order /i ate one piece new it was not what order n my wife ate 2 pieces and that problem i call @ complain no result”’;””””””
