I was hungry and the local Pizza Hut definitely did not deliver good customer service at all and couldn't even get my order right!
Two weeks ago I ordered some pizza and wings for my family. We were really hungry and decided to give the local Pizza Hut a try. It was for delivery, as I didn’t want to have to go and pick it up, and I was told my order would arrive in under 45 minutes. I actually ended up waiting more than an hour and a half because they had somehow gotten my address and phone number wrong.
I ended up calling the Pizza Hut store to see what was going on and I was told they had my information wrong. Then they turned angry said it was my fault as I gave them the wrong information! I gave them the correct information. These nimrods had somewhow gotten it all wrong and now they were trying to blame me for their screw up!
I couldn’t believe they were actually blaming me for their mix up! They got my address wrong as I clearly gave them my correct address. To make matters worse, when I finally got my order, they gave me a meat lovers and a cheese pizza when I really ordered two meat lovers pizzas! I was upset to say the least and they didn’t even offer an apology. And they still said it was my fault.
Now they were saying that I told them I wanted two meat lovers pizzas when in fact I clearly ordered one meat lovers and one cheese pizza from them. This Pizza Hut has terrible customer service, doesn’t care about their customers in the slightest and is just plain rude! This pizza hut is located in Lancaster,ca and the phone number is 661-723-3313 and the manager that night was Miguel.
I suggest that if you want a pizza and you are in Lancaster California that you use someone else. Do not use this Pizza Hut!
I don’t eat at Pizza Hut anymore. The local Pizza Hut here in Tampa Florida put hair in my pizza. It looked like pubic hair and it was gross. I will never eat pizza from any Pizza Hut ever again!

Ordered a Pizza Hut Pizza from Enchanted Lakes location in Kailua Hawaii and it was TERRIBLE! The crust was flat and hard, actually thought it was thin crust. Called them to complain and they made new pizza’s which turned out the exact same way. The person working there said “that’s the way the dough was shipped this time.” I do think Pizza Hut is going down hill and will never eat there again so can’t tell you if it was that weeks shipment or not.
Papa John’s is 10 times better and at least Domino’s is making an effort (actually tried their new improved pizza and liked it).

I’ve ordered pizza from the same place and their service was terrible. The one in Palmdale, CA, which is in the same area as Lancaster, is even worse though. First I tried to call, they took forever to answer and when the did the girl was rude and I got hung up on, when we entered the store, we were ingored for about 5 minutes before we yelled for someone to come out of the back. Terrible service, I prefer pizza Hut to Dominoes, but Dominoes service is so much better and I will be going there from now on.

Well which is it? Did you order 2 Meatlovers or a Meatlovers and cheese? Now even I am confused. Not defending the service but sometimes you have to look at yourself and take responsibility like adults do, If you can even communicate what you want in writing.
