Three Way Plumbing Services was professional, honest and low priced - I definitely recommend them!
I had a leak under my kitchen sink that was getting to be annoying. I had purchased this supposedly easy to install under sink water filtration system and have installed it in about an hour. The problem was that it caused enough stress on the original coupling that it started to leak on its own a few minutes after I installed the whole thing. The original coupling had no way to take it apart so I had no choice but to call Three Way plumbing service.
And I didn’t have to call through a plumbing I could’ve called another plumber, but I had previously bad experience with Roto-Rooter plumbers were they tried to gouge me big time for a bathroom sink repair job. Then to top it off they didn’t even fix it right. So I will never use Roto Rooter plumbers again.
My next-door neighbors had used this Three Way Plunbing Services for years and had highly recommended them. They said they were honest and inexpensive. So I gave them a call at (704)535-4795 and the first thing they asked me was how bad was the leak. What they were getting at was if it was an emergency and they had to send someone right then and there or if it couldn’t wait a few hours.
They were very polite and when I told him the leak wasn’t that bad they said they were perhaps someone there to my house in about four hours. And they were pretty prompt as that person was there right on time. They were very polite and mental me exactly how much it was going to cost me to fix it after they looked at the leak and my plumbing.
Their price was actually lower then I thought it was going to be and they were done in less than two hours. The leak was completely gone and there was no mess left as there was on a previous experience that I had with Roto-Rooter plumbers (they suck). The plumber from Three Way plumbing definitely knew what he was doing and promptly fixed my leak.
All I can say here is that Three Way plumbing is just like my neighbor described them – honest and cheap. I can also add that they are very professional and honest. I definitely recommend Three Way plumbing if you need a plumber.
Thanks for the great advice on your choice of plumbers. I don’t think we have a 3 way plumbing here in Boston MA. Do you know of a equivalent that I could use from here in Boston? I have some minor and major plumbing issues that need to be fixed.

I had a 3 way plumber scheduled between 9-10. Left the house at around 8am to drop off the kids at day care. Back home recvd a message from 3 way. Returned call left voicemail. Never recvd a call back thought everything was ok. Called the plumber back at 9:55 to follow up. He was at a another job didnt bother to check his messages. Told me I had to reschedule. Called and canceled the appt and will not call 3 way ever again.

Three-Way Plumbing gives 2 hour appointment windows; such as an arrival time of between 2-4, or 8-10. They always call when they are on the way to narrow that arrival time down for you, but also to make sure that someone is there to let them in. With fuel costs the way they are, and considering that their plumbers do not work on commission, they can’t afford to go ahead with the chance of being stood up. It is a wise business policy. My experience was exactly as the office described to me on the phone, the plumber was patient and wasn’t interested in upselling me since he doesn’t make commission, and then they followed up with me to see if I was happy with my service. If you are supposed to get a phone call prior to service, then you have no right to be angry when you miss it.
