Living in apartment complex can be tough when you want to grow your own vegetables, fruit, or herbs. I myself have looked around at many different options and have found a product called the Topsy Turvy. This product works well, because you don’t need any room in a yard to grow. I have had the topsy-turvy for two years now and have had no complaints yet. The initial cost is about $9.99 for one but many places sell a offbrand that works just as well for cheaper.
Over the past two years I have grown tomatoes and have had excellent results. The only thing you need is a place to hang the topsy turvy, which I have bought an arc in which the Topsy Turvys hang. There are many different kinds of topsy-turvy’s that are made for strawberries, herbs, and humming birds.
This was one of the best investments I have made to produce my own vegetables and herbs. I have saved a lot of money by growing my own fruits, vegetables, and herbs and can walk right outside on my little patio to pick them all. I highly suggest everyone to buy topsy-turvy’s. If you are looking for an idea to grow your own produce and don’t have any land to grow them, Topsy Turvy is for you!!

This product is very creative and has grown tremendously, espescially for people who have small backyards, live in condos, etc. I would highly recommend this product to anyone, even more so, since produce has increased dramatically.
Topsy Turvy Tomato Planter is definitely a better and easier way to grow tomatoes when you have no space at all… Like if you rent and have a tiny balcony.
Interesting – I saw an add for the Topsy Turvy on TV and then found it at a local discount store for $10. I wanted to wait and see some reviews on it. This does it for me so I will go and buy one at the discount store and give it a shot – I love garden fresh tomatoes.
I used the topsy turvy to grow other things like an apple tree – yep, you can actually grow tasty Fuji apples with these things. I left it in there for a few years and then planted the tree in my front yard. That was so neat and now I have my very own Fuji apple tree! I have several of these things and use them to grow all sorts of things from Blueberries to tomatoes and even garlic.
