I went into Verizon a couple of weeks ago because my account was ready for an upgrade. When I had walked into the store, I was stared at by one of the sales representatives and wasn’t asked if I needed help for at least 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes, a sales representative Elijah came up to us in a weird way. I started asking him about some questions of the phones that were out and he wasn’t able to answer half of them. I wanted to know if they had the Samsung Rogue and he basically told me that the Samsung Intensity was replacing it. So I asked to see it and he said that they didn’t have it yet in stock. Why talk up a phone if you can’t provide it for me until at least a week from now.
I walked around a little more wondering about different phone options and once again he had to refer to a computer to answer them. I had been paying for a limited number of text messages a month and I wanted to know how much more it would be for unlimited messaging. He told me that it wasn’t much more so I agreed to put unlimited text messaging on my phone line. I also chose the enV touch because I enjoyed the large keypads.
Before I had left the store I wanted him to transfer my contacts, but he told me that I could do it on my own and sent me out the door. When I had tried to do backup assistant, it didn’t work because he had activated my new phone already. I had then called Verizon wireless service help desk and they were useless. I didn’t go back to the store because it is about a 45 minute drive from where I live. I was so pissed because I wound up entering every single contact into my new phone. The hassle didn’t stop there…
When I received my first bill, I looked and it was $60 more than I was expecting. When I had looked deeper into the bill, Elijah didn’t put unlimited texting on the account and I was charged extra per megabyte. I am so pissed because put unlimited texting on the account and I was charged extra per megabyte. I was very aggravated with all of this and this will be my last phone contract with Verizon Wireless!!

I hate when I have to go in to Verizon and have to put up with the customer service representatives. The last time I went in for a problem I had gone in before for, they called me a liar! I just wish I could go to a better cellular company but AT&T suck as all the other companies!!
