When I was making a scrapbook for my sister’s son, I needed to get a bunch of photos developed. I first tried going to Wal-Mart because I needed to get a couple other things for my house. When I had gotten their to use the photo machine, they were all out of service. This makes sense because Wal-Mart is a piece of crap store that no one really likes but just shops because it has sometime low prices.
I then decided to grab my things I needed and then left to head to Walgreens photo shop to try and get my photos developed. When I got there started using their photo machine and I got to the point where I was about to purchase the photos I selected and it froze. Therefore I had spent about 15 minutes selecting the first 30 photos off of one memory disk. I was very aggravated so I had gone to the counter to see what I could do.
As I went to the counter there was no one there and I had waited about 10 minutes for someone to come assist me. I was pissed off so I went to the front and the cashier had called someone to the photo lab. When someone came to the photo lab it was the manager of the store and he told me that I would have to go to the other photo machine and start over. I then asked him if I would be able to put all my pictures from different memory cards to one order.
He told me that I would just have to do it all separate and they would do change the prices at the end when I was finished. As I was working I had several questions that I needed answered pertaining to the quality of the photos but there was no one to be found. I found it very aggravating because I could have been out of there a half an hour earlier. Instead I was there for a total of 2 hours and it was very annoying.
After an hour of being there the woman who was supposed to be working had just gotten back from her break so I felt a little better with that due to everyone needs a break at work. The thing that really pissed me off was when her friends came to visit her and brought her McDonald’s food. She then called her manager and told him that her family just dropped off food and she didn’t know they were. The real story was that her friends just stopped by with the food she wanted from texting her.
I couldn’t believe her manger just said that she could go eat that after she just got back from a break. Then when she left I needed her to help to put all the photos together but I couldn’t find anybody once again. I was so pissed off because I had to wait on e again for someone to help me check out. When she got called back to the photo counter she told me that I could have just put all the memory cards in at once and did it. I told her that the manager told me to do this way so hat was what I did.
I didn’t really care how I did it, I just wanted to get out at that point. I will never go back to Walgreens to get my photos done because the customer service and the photo machines are horrible! I do not recommend anyone to go to Walgreens for photo developing!
