I had used Web Hosting Pad for one of my websites and was in a contract for 3 years.  I went with a 3 year contract because they had a great deal and they claimed they had amazing customer service 24/7.  They say that they have an online chat available 24/7 but the people who respond say they can’t handle that issue and you need to contact support@webhostingpad.com.  I used WordPress to set up my site easy, but after a couple months my site got hacked by a worm that attacked WordPress.  I went to get support help so I didn’t lose any of my information, but they told me that they don’t know what happened.  SO, they then deleted my domain name and told me that they couldn’t host my domain because I was a threat to their servers.  I tried to get compensated for the rest of the three years, but they told me they couldn’t give me any money back so I lost my money for 3 years!!!! DO NOT GET  A DOMAIN OR HOSTING THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Greatings, I had a bad experience wiith a web host like this. Mine was with 1&1. They just screwed me over and took my money and then banned me. They never refunded me. Yes, I hired a email spammer, but I did not do the spamming – they did. I even promised them that it would never happen again. They wouldn’t reply nor would they refund me my money. I am going to report them to the FBI! I atleast want my money back and the FBI will do that for me.

That sucks man. I use godaddy.com and never had a problem. Check them out. Also, you might want to lay off the spamming. Search engines like Google can ban you for that.

I used the Webhosting pad service one time and got burned too. They talked me into doing a 2 year hosting plan and then did the same thing about 1.5 months into it. They told me I was a spammer and was clogging up their servers. They banned me and kept my money. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and now I am reporting them here too.

I have used Godaddy and had no problems. I used Yahoo at first, but they jack your prices up fast and are always playing with the fees which drove me nuts.
